Demonstrating variations of rolling down with the roll-down bar on the Pilates Tower with a physio ball. The addition of the physio ball enables a fuller extension at the bottom of the roll-down and increases the instability so core muscles are more challenged throughout the whole process.
Demonstrating a variation of side sit-up on the Pilates Reformer. The addition of the bar behind the head keeps the elbows wide, shoulders down and the chest open while doing the side sit-ups.

Demo-ing an advanced Pilates move called Balance Control Arabesque. The idea is to transition from the position with legs overhead to a standing arabesque, smoothly & with control, then to return from arabesque to lying on the reformer with legs extended.
