Demonstrating variations of rolling down with the roll-down bar on the Pilates Tower with a physio ball. The addition of the physio ball enables a fuller extension at the bottom of the roll-down and increases the instability so core muscles are more challenged throughout the whole process.

This is me doing an advanced Pilates move called Balance Control Arabesque. The idea is to transition from the position with legs overhead to a standing arabesque, smoothly & with control, then to return from arabesque to lying on the reformer with legs extended.
